Founder Story
Built to Remove Friction Between Intention and Action.
Nathan Boston founded Vitally Yours after seeing the same problem repeatedly through years of fitness, coaching, and personal training: people wanted to make better choices, but convenience often worked against them.
After serving in the U.S. Navy, Nathan faced his own challenges rebuilding his health. Through fitness and nutrition, he experienced firsthand how the right habits can transform not only physical health, but confidence, discipline, and overall well-being.
Yet one frustration remained constant. The healthier option was rarely the easiest option.
